A deposit of 50% of the cost is required up front to secure your booking.
A pre-order if required no later than 1st December.
The deposit will be refunded only if the booking is cancelled when there is still a good chance for us to find someone else to fill the table. From November any deposits will only repaid in the form of vouchers to spend at the White Horse in 2023. From December no deposits will be refunded unless someone else is found to fill the cancelled table.
